Context
Lisa is Fluenty IT’s property leasing management system, in active use as a multi-tenant production product. As the team scaled down, we took the principal architect and developer role: full ownership of the architecture, the development, and the support. That includes the technical roadmap, the decisions on scalability and how the system evolves, and the primary technical point of contact for the product.
Approach
We continue to develop the C# REST API on ASP.NET Core, including its dynamic field design, and we maintain the CQRS implementation and the AWS SQS-driven microservices. React is the client. The PostgreSQL data layer stays under ongoing optimisation. Agentic tooling is part of that delivery. It shortens the work, and an engineer remains accountable for the architecture and for what ships.
Outcome
The platform remains a live multi-tenant system. Architecture, development, and support sit with the same technical owner, who is also the point of contact for how it scales and how it changes.
