Context
Organisations needed live visibility of physical assets such as trolleys, vehicles and stock, and a flag the moment something goes missing.
Approach
We built DigitalTwin as a multi-tenant SaaS platform. BLE tags and gateways stream readings to an ingest API. Web consoles and a mobile app provide live inventory, timelines, alerts and handheld scans. A partner productised it as a retail trolley-management system. The platform is C# and ASP.NET Core, with MediatR for CQRS, EF Core and Dapper, SQL Server, Azure Functions, Angular, and Azure AD B2C, delivered through Azure DevOps.
Outcome
The partner acquired the platform in 2022. We delivered a structured handover, and the buyer’s developers said they were happy with the codebase.
