Context
ContractorPro is a CodeStream product for contractors and home customers in South Africa. A contractor runs a job from the first enquiry through quoting, the work, and the invoice. A customer finds a contractor by trade and location, describes the problem through a guided diagnostic, and follows quotes and completed work.
Approach
We built a React Native application for Android and iOS, with a C# and ASP.NET Core API hosted on Azure. Marten stores event-sourced documents in PostgreSQL. Wolverine carries messages between components over Azure Service Bus. Unit and integration tests run in Docker, and GitHub Actions runs the pipeline.
Outcome
A contractor can capture a qualified lead, send a quote, document the job with photos, collect customer approval, and invoice from the same application. A customer can find a contractor, submit the problem, and review the quote and the finished work.
