Context
Clifford Chance’s in-house platform for partner pay covers every office and multiple tax regimes. The engagement was Phase 2. It needed experienced developers to deliver new financial modules, move the UI from ASP.NET MVC to Angular, and join an existing distributed team quickly.
Approach
We supplied two senior full-stack developers through a UK delivery partner. Over two-week sprints we delivered interest calculation and quarterly reconciliation, manual interest adjustments and US interest reporting, capital loans with transaction history, unit allocation, partner details, bulk upload, and role-based admin. We also built the Angular proof of concept and the reusable components that set the pattern for the migration. The work ran on Angular and TypeScript with Tailwind, a C# ASP.NET Core Web API, and SQL, delivered through Azure DevOps.
Outcome
The initial contract was extended, and we stayed on the project, shipping features every sprint.
